Als Kind hatte Angel Mühe, seine Gefühlsausbrüche zu kontrollieren. Sein Onkel nahm ihn auf und zog ihn nach besten Kräften auf, in der Hoffnung, etwas von Angels Wut zu zähmen. Er stellte fest, dass Angel aufhörte, die Welt um ihn herum zu zerstören, wenn er Sport treibt. Insbesondere Hockey.

Angels ganzes Leben dreht sich um Hockey, seine Emotionen sind bis zur Lethargie und Apathie gezähmt. Das Verlangen nach mehr nagt an ihm. Er will immer mehr.

Mehr noch, er will Führung. Ohne dauerhafte Bindungen an irgendetwas anderes als das tägliche Leben wendet sich Angel der Religion zu, in der Hoffnung, „mehr“ zu finden. Eine höhere Macht. Ein höheres Ziel. Etwas, das er in sich aufnehmen und durch das er nach „mehr“ streben kann.

As a child, Angel struggled to control his emotional outbursts. His uncle took him in and raised him to the best of his ability, hoping to tame some of Angel's anger. He found that when Angel played sports, he stopped destroying the world around him. Specifically, hockey.

Angel's entire life revolves around hockey, his emotions tamed to the point of lethargy and apathy. The desire for more gnaws at him. He always wants more.

More than that, he wants guidance. With no permanent ties to anything other than daily life, Angel turns to religion, hoping to find "more." A higher power. A higher purpose. Something he can absorb and strive through for "more."
